Here is a picture that I took of two mallards that landed in the swimming pool outside my aunt Sharon's apartment a few minutes ago. Pairs of mallards are a common sight here, just like they are back home in Canada. This pair is slightly unusual, however: they're both male. I guess even the ducks are gay in San Francisco! :-)
